These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Atlanta Roof Master website and our roofing services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Atlanta Roof Master provides residential and commercial roofing services in the Metro Atlanta area, including but not limited to: roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage repair, emergency tarping, metal roofing installation, shingle roofing, flat roofing, gutter installation, roof inspections, skylight installation, and insurance claim assistance.

2. Service Agreements

All roofing work is performed under a written service agreement or contract that specifies the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. Verbal estimates are non-binding. The written proposal signed by the property owner constitutes the binding agreement for any roofing project.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• Roof inspections and estimates are provided free of charge for residential properties.
• All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is based on the scope of work identified during inspection. If additional work is discovered during the project (e.g., rotted decking or structural damage hidden beneath existing materials), we will notify you and provide a supplemental estimate before proceeding.
• We do not perform work beyond the agreed scope without written approval from the property owner.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required for roof replacement projects to secure materials and scheduling. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project and your satisfaction with the work.
• For insurance-covered projects, we work directly with your insurance carrier. You are responsible for your policy deductible.
• We accept payment by check, credit card, bank transfer, and approved financing plans.

5. Warranties

• Roof replacements include a 25-year workmanship warranty from Atlanta Roof Master.
• Roof repairs carry a 5-year workmanship warranty.
• Manufacturer material warranties (up to lifetime coverage) are registered on your behalf and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
• Warranties are non-transferable unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by acts of nature, unauthorized modifications, or failure to maintain the roofing system.

6. Insurance Claims Assistance

We provide insurance claim documentation, adjuster meeting coordination, and claim advocacy as a service to our customers. We are not an insurance company and do not guarantee claim approval or any specific claim amount. Final coverage decisions are made by your insurance carrier. You are responsible for understanding your policy terms, coverage limits, and deductible obligations.

7. Scheduling and Delays

Project timelines provided in estimates are good-faith estimates based on current workload and weather forecasts. Actual completion dates may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, discovery of hidden damage, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any significant schedule changes promptly.

8. Property Access and Safety

By engaging our services, you grant Atlanta Roof Master and our authorized crews permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed work. We take reasonable precautions to protect your property, landscaping, and vehicles during the project. We perform daily cleanup and a magnetic sweep for nails and debris at the end of each workday.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled project with at least 48 hours' notice before the start date without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a restocking fee if materials have already been ordered and delivered. Emergency services cannot be cancelled once crews have been dispatched.

10. Limitation of Liability

Atlanta Roof Master's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for pre-existing structural conditions, hidden damage not visible during initial inspection, or damage caused by events beyond our control after project completion.

11. Licensing and Insurance

Atlanta Roof Master is licensed by the State of Georgia (License #GCCO007234) and carries $2 million in general liability insurance and full workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.

12. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of website content. Project photos shown may represent typical work and may not reflect the exact outcome of your specific project.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
